Rates & Terms

Hourly Rates

Services are provided weekdays, with additional charges for weekend or rush work. Hourly rates vary by task and level of difficulty. Upon signing a contract, we offer a free 30-minute assessment to discuss your specific business needs. Thereafter, work is charged hour-by-hour.

Once the scope of the project is determined, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins. Additional charges may be incurred for any associated travel or specialty materials used to complete a project. These charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type and quality of material used. All invoices are sent via email with an attached time record.

New Clients

New clients must sign a standard Independent Contractor Agreement prior to commencement of service.

Referral Discounts

One-time 15% discount for all contracted referrals

Discounts applied to the client’s next billing statement, following commencement of work for the referred client

Acceptable Payments

A 5% monthly service fee will be charged for all invoices over 15 days outstanding. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Bank e-check (via PayPal). Payment through the PayPal system is secure, free, and easy to use. You can send your payment in minutes, and you don't need an account with PayPal in order to make your payments. When you receive your invoice, just click the PayPal button in the invoice email and you will be routed to the secure server where you can make your payment.
