Services are provided weekdays, with additional charges for weekend or rush work. Hourly rates vary by task and level of difficulty. We offer a free initial assessment to discuss your specific business needs. Once the scope of the project is determined, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins. All invoices are due upon receipt.
 
  

 

 

 
Retainer Fees are payable prior to start of project. Unused time will roll over. There is an additional 25% fee for weekend or rush projects.

New Clients

New clients must sign a standard Independent Contractor Agreement prior to commencement of service.  

Referral Discounts

We offer a one-time 15% discount for all contracted referrals. Discounts are applied to the client’s next billing statement, following commencement of work for the referred client.

 

Acceptable Payments

 

A 5% monthly service fee will be charged for all invoices over 15 days outstanding. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Bank e-check (via PayPal). Payment through the PayPal system is secure, free, and easy to use. You can send your payment in just minutes, and you don't need an account with PayPal in order to make your payments. When you receive your invoice, just click the PayPal button in the invoice email and you will be routed to the secure (SSL) server where you may make your payment.
